I am also a upsc aspirent and tally date of both csir and upsc exam date made me to cancel my csir exam and i want my money refund
I paid money for csir net but due to some reasons.. i didnt send the application form.. i have bank challan with me.. ( except bank copy, other two copies are available) i request you to refund my money back..
